Real Fit Incontinence Underwear for Men, L/XL, 52 Count

I just turned 55 and literally out of nowhere, like 2 weeks ago, I'm embarrassed to say that my bladder has stopped being my friend. Sometimes, I didn't even feel myself having to go, I just looked down and my pants were wet. I knew that I was time to join the adult diaper club. I was concerned about wearing loud, bulky and uncomfortable diapers that everyone could see. But these are the total opposite. They are stylish and not bulky. They are extremely comfortable. They look and feel amazing and fit beautifully. And most importantly, no huge bulge and they are so quiet, that I forget I'm even wearing them. I freaking love these. And most most importantly, they work great. You can still go as normal with no issues and the couple of times when a little came out before I made it to the bathroom. You wouldn't know because they did their job. Highly Recommend for any man.

Not only are Depend Real Fit the best disposable underwear I have ever tried but they are far superior to the washable re-usable type. The comfort level is exceptional such that you are not even aware you are wearing them. They transfer the wetness away from your skin so you always feel dry, well up to the point you exceed it its maximum absorbency. I have yet to find out the maximum absorbency but it is surely way more than my cotton washable underwear which also keeps wetness against your skin. Real Fit is a great product.

Purchased for family member. The best Depends so far. Fit is great and have had very little leakage with accident so far. Fit is similar to regular underwear and he has had no skin irritation. We will be buying again.

Comparison Review of 3 brands bought on Amazon: Solimo, Depend Fit-Flex, Depend Real Fit. These brands have mixed reviews, so I bought 3 different brands on Amazon and "purposefully" tested them, before an upcoming surgery. Hope this may help other newbies. My overall conclusion: Solimo is the lowest price ($0.53-62 each), lowest quality among the 3; Depend Fit-Flex ($0.58-68 each) A- quality, only 10% higher price; Depend Real Fit ($0.69-82) highest quality, 20% higher than maybe overpriced, maybe not (added cost of materials?) Tip 1: Budget $1.60-$2/day @ 3/day Amazon Subscribe; $50-63/@100+/month. Tip 2: Wear regular underwear OVER a Soli because the elastic is weak, narrow section is too narrow and leaks, and all but the lightest capture causes them to sag several inches, possibly too much to allow time to get to a disposal point. Tip 3: Any brand: consider carrying small bags, such as white plastic grocery bags, for temporary disposal. Places to change most often do not have a proper disposal "can". Temp bags can hold used material, be tied off to carry to a proper facility. Not just when "away", even bedside for a quick change and dispose later. Tip 4: I will to buy 2 brands, one for long hour wear and the other for use when the need will be light to moderate. Now stuck with the test cheapos, saving them for desperate need if deliveries are held up by extreme weather, etc. Comparison: Using size charts on Amazon, Solimo has a poor fit that can be more acceptable if snug underwear is worn over them. More issues in Tip 2 above. Depend Fit-Flex fits moderately well and seems to be most useful for light to moderate absorbency. Not a completely comfortable feel, but acceptable. B+/A-. Elastic is strong enough to hold light to moderate weight without requiring instant change. Time to get to a disposal point. Depend Real Fit does live up to its claims. Absorbent material holds "purposefully" tested to the maximum and elastic sag seems more than adequate. I found the fit to be most comfortable and very close to normal underwear. I buy these specifically for my period because they are more of a "boyshort" type fit compared to all the womens disposable underwear that all seem to be too cheeky. They fit great and actually cover my whole butt. I have never leaked in these, they are not tight in my thighs, very absorbent and allow me to sleep worry-free during my period. I Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent product, but my husbands needs have changed, now needing more frequent changes. We are returning to an earlier product that worked well. I would recommend this product as it does last longer! Amazon has a larger quantity and a better price.

I started buying these for my Dad when his Alzheimer's Disease started taking a steep downward curve and made it difficult for him to realize he needed to go to the bathroom before it was too late. It was so humiliating for him! It broke my heart to see how embarrassed he was when he had an accident and I had to get him into the shower to clean up (not to mention the many middle of the night bathroom clean-ups). As much as I didn't want to add to the humiliation by suggesting we get him into adult diapers, I just wasn't getting any sleep and was constantly burnt out from all the cleaning. I'm unfortunately battling with some health problems myself, so a lot of late nights and early mornings were really taking its toll on me I but the bullet and bought these for him and called them, "Night Time Underwear", and to my surprise he immediately jumped on board. All I can say is that these things are a lifesaver for me, and since they feel like cloth and pull on like regular underwear, Dad is very happy with them. They have given Dad his confidence back and have prevented him from having any of the horrible accidents he was having before. I'm not exactly sure how that works, but he's been able to make it to the bathroom mostly on time and I've only had to deal with urinary accidents, not a fecal ones (thankfully! ). It makes me so happy to see Dad feeling like a man again! He's got a pep in his step and a smile on his face, even at bedtime. He wears them full time now, but you'd never know it. They don't make any sounds like the old diapers did, and they aren't so bulky that you can tell it's not regular underwear. I should add that I was concerned about the sizing; Dad has lost about twenty pounds and while he's always been skinny, he's really skinny now (6'1", 127 pounds). The SM ‐ MED actually fit him well, but they definitely have a LOT of stretch in them, so I would imagine they'd be a good fit for almost anybody. Thank you so much to the people at Depends that thought up a product that solves incontinence issues AND doesn't make the consumer feel ashamed about wearing it. No one wants that in their old age; it's doesn't matter how old we get, we still have our pride and want to feel like an adult and not a child. These really are a fantastic product for anyone experiencing incontinence issues. I hope I'll never need them, but if I do end up with issues later on in my life, I won't feel so bad about it.
