Better than my previous source for Sunflower Lecithin
This powder seems to be of better quality than the last source I purchased. The color looks fresher and the smell is nicer. As well, the powder is of a better consistency and it does not gunk up when I scoop it. I don't know if it works any better but it seems to do the job for what I am using it for (to emuslify a special smoothie I make daily). The price is good for the amount you get. I got the 8oz pack. Recommended.
