CORSAIR Vengeance SODIMM DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 4800MHz CL40 Intel XMP iCUE Compatible Computer Memory - Black (CMSX64GX5M2A4800C40)

Bought two sets one for my Ugreen 4800+ and one set for my HP laptop. They have made my laptop significantly more browser tab resilient and my NAS is a VM beast now!

Pretty much ships and delivers fast within a couple days. Upgraded my mini PC RAM from 24GB (12GB x 2) 5600MHz sticks to 64GB (32GB x 2) 4800 MHz sticks. Do note that my old RAM ran only at 4800 despite being 5600MHz sticks. Opened up the chassis and installed the new RAMs without issues. Found out I had a space for another NVMe SSD if needed. Initial bootup felt like it didn't boot properly but eventually did. Set the GPU to take on 8GB of the 64GB, with 27.9 GB in reserve for shared video memory. I've bought Corsair memory in the past for my desktop without issues. Great company!

I decided to replace a pair of Samsung 16GB DDR5 SO-DIMMs in my Alienware gaming laptop while it was still feasible during this world wide memory shortage. Went with a pair of 32GB DDR5 4800MHz SO-DIMMs by Corsair. Nothing like using their Vengeance model to replace the competition. A great upgrade for the money while it is still possible, compatible with any DDR5 SO-DIMM setup, make sure you add the DDR5 ones in matching pairs though, great speed.

It fit, was easy to install, and I havnt had any problems. I'm a moderate gamer, and I run discord, wow, utube,and maybe another web page and I don't get any lag. I've ran multiple games too with little to no issues(ff14 and wow) and run 2-3 screens it's kept up with the multiple applications at the same time.

The stability and usability of this ram is extremely good, especially compared to some others I have used such as Samsung and G.Skill. Have been using it consistently for gaming and recording at high resolutions for about 6 months, and would solidly say it is a good product. The price for what you receive is fair in my opinion, and it is not difficult to install when looking at guides online for your specific laptop.

I took a chance and so far, so good but it didn't look good for a moment. I'm not sure all Alienware m17 r5s are upgradable. Depending on the graphics card, you may have less options. I may be thinking about the extra SSD slot my model has. Anyways, I got the 64 gig kit from this listing and put it in after disconnecting the battery from motherboard. I was expecting a long boot time and possible failure. The laptop took two minutes before the power/ alien head flashed 3 times red then two times blue (or 3 blue 2 red, I'd make a terrible witness sorry) I thought oh well, this ram won't work... I got an Alienware splash screen that said F2 for bios setup or F12 for boot options. I tried hitting F2 and nothing happened so I held F2 and the power button for 20 seconds or so and surprisingly the laptop booted into Windows. I don't know if simply holding the power button would have done the same. I never entered the bios menu. I opened Lightroom and Photoshop and played quake champions for 30 minutes or so with those programs still open. Task manager was reporting around 50% of the ram was being used. So far, seems stable, will update if that changes.

It does good been almost a year now and not a single failure

Faulty after only 7 months. One stick is dead and the other is starting to throw errors after memory check. Causes the whole laptop to lock up and need a hard boot. Super not worth it and now its been too long to return.

Installed on my Auros high performance laptop. DDR5 works great and runs at the full speed of 4800mHz with 64GB. Specs on laptop are i7-12700H, 3070Ti, 64GB RAM, 2TB NVMe OS Drive and 4TB 2nd drive. 360hz refresh rate.

Bonjour, Après un essai non concluant avec de la mémoire "Crucial RAM 64Go Kit (2x32Go) DDR5 5600MHz", j'ai décidé de faire un dernier essai avec la "CORSAIR VENGEANCE SODIMM DDR5 RAM 64Go (2x32Go) 4800MHz CL40". Et c'est une heureuse surprise !! :) le PC portable passe cette fois-ci l'étape de vérification de la mémoire au démarrage (écran noir durant 1min-restons Zen ^^) et démarre le système Windows 10. La mémoire est bien détectée et pleinement disponible. A noter que le bios v20 du pc portable "HP Omen 16-b1072nf" ne détecte pas correctement celle-ci, 32Gb après utilisation de memtest86 sur clé USB boot. J'ai du replacer les mémoires et redémarrer, le bios indique dorénavant 0GB (bravo HP :p) mais le système d'exploitation fonctionne nickel. En complément, j'ai déplacé les fichiers temporaires du système sur un RAMDisk. Le système d'exploitation a grandement gagné en performance, plus de swap sur pagefile.sys et réactivité extrême grâce au RAMDisk en mémoire vive ! :)) Je recommande l'article et je pense que c'est le maximum (quantité/vitesse) que l'on puisse mettre sur tout architecture processeur Intel i7 de 12ème génération.
