I've had it for a little over a week. It's easy to use. It's compact (compared to the upright units with handles). I have used it every day in conjunction with my Total Gym. I have some lower back issues, so my final useage consists of lying on the unit with my lower back on it for a few minutes while in one of the pre-programmed modes. Feels pretty good when I stop. Since it doesn't have wheels (double motor unit), I bought a small moving dolly so I can easily move the unit to an open area to exercise then to move it out of the way when done. I lift the unit on and off the dolly to use and to store. Do not try to use the machine on a dolly as it will not be stable (I didn't try to use it that way, but just in case there's anyone out there that might think about doing so I thought I'd throw that info out there).
