Difference between S35 and S75 in terms of needle sharpness for difficult milia?

I have a an S35 from about 4 years ago, and the overall length of the tool is 4 and 7/8" or 12.4 cm. Does this help?

You are supposed to center the pimple or milia in the center hole AFTER you have pierced the skin with the pointed end. Then, you press down and the tiny ball should come through the opening

Has the lancet/spoon extractor worked for you to extract whiteheads? thank you in advance.

I normally just use it for popping zits... sorry.. I don't know how well it will work for whiteheads.
