I can't believe they are glute free... SO Good !!
These noodles are the BEST! I'm so happy I found these, my husband is not gf, but prefers them to any other noodle, they go great with Chicken Parmesan. When I use them for PHO, I cook them in chicken stock and add asian seasoning, and a protein. Easy, fast and SO good !!

Excellent Wheat Free Alternative
I follow Dr Peter DโAdamoโs Blood Type Diet. According to Dr DโAdamo, if youโre like me - Blood Type O - then you need to avoid wheat cuz itโll make you fat. Since most pasta is made from wheat, I turned to this Millet and Brown Rice Ramen Noodle. It tastes so much like wheat noodles. Ive tried other wheat free pasta, and this one is definitely my favorite. Definitely recommend it, no matter what youโre blood type is!

Organic ramen only
Iโm so glad that I found this organic ramen but I was very disappointed yes to find out that it is only the noodles and you have to make your own sauce. I suppose that is because all the chemicals and unhealthy flavor enhancers are in the powdered soup broth but just be aware that you are only getting noodles. Not the soup. That is a bit disappointing for the value of money. The quality of the noodles tasted good though and the texture was thicker than other noodles.

Gluten free ramenโฆ. FINALLY!!!
Iโm gluten free/dairy free, so my choices can be limited. Ramen used to be a staple in my diet, not really a healthy choice, but budget wise a great one. Since having to go GF/DF Iโve missed having ramen, even occasionally, so finding gluten free ramen was huge!! The consistency is about the same as I remember, maybe a just little firmer. The taste is different, but itโs not exactly apples to apples is it? Butโฆ it tastes good, and with the right spices, itโs like Iโm eating a regular bowl of ramen!! My husband likes long, sloppy, slurpy noodles. I, personally like to break them up and eat them with a spoon. They break up pretty easily. I found a pretty good seasoning, but Iโm going to try bullion to see if that works a well or better. The seasoning has a bit more salt than Iโd like. The bullion I have has low sodium. These are a little smaller than a normal pack of ramen, but I was surprised to find they are very filling. I only need one for lunch. If I added veggies and meat, theyโd make a great dinner!

Tasty
We like it. We eat it with pasta sauce, but Iโm sure there are other ways to eat it that would be just as tasty. Easy to prepare.

Tasty but not sure about the pricing and the nutrition
I actually like these noodles. They're easy and quick to make, and they really do taste good to me. They're easy to pair with a variety of toppings, veggies and other food. I will go against reviewers and say that for me, the portion size is actually perfect. I could eat more, of course, but it looks like an appropriate portion if you're mindful of your health and I appreciate that it doesn't incite me to overeat. The texture is good and simply cooking the noodles in water, they don't stick together. Why only 3 stars then? While I appreciate the portion control, I think they're quite pricey for such small portions. Also, I bought these thinking they would help me with eating more healthy meals but as it turns out, they're really high in carbs for such a small portion and if I'll have a serving at one meal during the day, I have to watch my carb intake for the rest of the day very closely. Because of this, I probably won't be repurchasing. It's unfortunate because I really do like the taste and texture.

Gluten-Free Ramen That Actually Slaps
Iโve tried a lot of gluten-free noodles, and most of them fall apart or taste horrible. These millet and brown rice noodles are surprisingly good. They donโt turn mushy, they donโt disintegrate, and they actually feel like real ramen instead of a sad substitute. Flavor-wise, theyโre clean and neutral, which is exactly what you want. They let the sauces and toppings do the heavy lifting. Iโve used them with everything from miso to spicy peanut sauce. I have them on automatic reorder now.

These are some of the best raman noodles.
Great healthy noodles that are gluten free. They don't come with seasoning but I like that

Great
I really like that these donโt come with flavour packets! I always have to throw out the packets because of allergies anyways. I risk not being able to use the noodles if the packets are broken. I tried making one in the microwave but found that the container was too small for it because of the rice noodles starting to boil over. But I finished it in a pot, the result was excellent, adding some chicken broth and frozen chopped spinach, etc. Loved the soup! I think if I cooked them in a microwave rice cooker, they would have been fine. I find the taste to be that of a cross between the old ones I used to eat (wheat ramen) and rice noodles. Very good replacement. I did rinse them in cold water before adding to the hot soup as the package suggested, the water seemed too starchy to keep for using as soup base. I enjoyed them so much, I bought the other two varieties to try. Thank you.

Pretty underwhelming
I had high hopes for this product, and given the price vs traditional noodles with gluten, the cost wasn't that muh higher for the same number of packets/box.. The reason they are so similar in cost is because these servings are TINY - I have to eat 2 packets at a time for get a similar sized meal ... also, since these come without a seasonings packet you're forced to try an emulate something on your own and it's rarely very effective. If these were 2x the size/packet for the same price, they'd be acceptable, but given how bland they are and the tiny portions, I won't be buying them again
