Will the openings stretch overtop of a connector?

The diameter of the spring coil is 3 in, and the PVC and foil liner is a little bit inside of this. I was able to stretch the liner and get the connector inside, but it might be worth going with the next size up.

Is this UL approved for dryer venting?

No. I wouldn’t use this. Higher temperature applications require a different flex usually all aluminum for dryer venting because of the moisture levels being exhausted.

What is the inner diameter ? will this fit to 3" pvc ? i am trying to use it for the intake and outtake of tankless water heater
