Don't tighten it
It's very good quality for the price of 177. Initially I was trying to keep it tight to keep my wrist from moving at all. Which was causing numbness in my thumb and hand. Than I figured out, that you just need to wear it comfortably not tight. It will be comfortable to wear and will also restrict 70% of wrist movement. And it will help you recover quickly from the sprain or injury.

It wasn’t quite the best fit. I had a broken wrist, and after three months of wearing a cast, I was hoping for a wrist strap, but this one wasn’t very comfortable.
