Ready to ice coffee for summer!
Works really well and does exactly what it promises. It cools hot coffee quickly without watering it down, which is the main reason I bought it! It’s simple to use, easy to clean, and convenient for making iced coffee at home without waiting around. Overall, it’s a practical little gadget that actually delivers on its purpose and I’ve been happy with it so far.

MUST HAVE for Iced Coffee Lovers!
I LOVE this gadget! For those who reviewed negatively due to cracking, I can only imagine they cannot follow instructions. Make sure to follow the instructions (not difficult) and you'll be fine. I use mine almost every day and it's been fantastic! This HyperChiller solves the biggest problem with making iced coffee with a single-serve machine - Watered down coffee no more! I use my Keurig to make the coffee, toss it into this, leave it for a minute or two, swirl and then pour over ice. No more watered down coffee, keeps the cost low AND you don't need to clean between uses! When you do want to clean, it's easy to defrost, clean and re-assemble with ease. Get this if you were in the same boat as me!

Best Kitchen Gadget
I’ve had one of these for over a decade and just upgraded to this new version! I use it regularly to cool down freshly brewed coffee, but I’ve also used it for wine and cocktails over the years. It lives in the freezer so it’s always ready to go. The cooling capacity is about one beverage—a hot cup of coffee is perfectly chilled in about a minute. This updated version has a much better seal and doesn’t leak, which is why we finally replaced our original after 10 years. My whole family is getting one for Christmas this year—it’s incredibly practical!

Updated for V2 - Works As Advertised
11/29/18 - Updated For Hyperchiller V2 I’ve had the original version for some time now and recently got this V2 model. And the V2 fixes the quirks that plagued the original. The concept has remained unchanged. But the original model had a leakage issue when pouring out the coffee. There were 2 vent holes that help with pressure inside the device, and the melted ice / water would come out when you tipped the unit steeply at the end of the pour. I used to have to cover both holes with my thumbs when pouring so i didn’t get water in my coffee. They fixed that in V2 so the hole is smaller, just a single hole now, and better placed. So there’s no leakage issues. The spout is slightly modified in V2 as is the shape being not entirely round like it was before. So..all in all , V2 was a worthy upgrade and I think they’ve perfected this device at this point! Works as advertised. Gone are the days of pouring hot coffee over ice and being left with watered down iced coffee, or having to make coffee in advance and have it take up space in the refrigerator! I have a Keurig and with the drip pan removed the HyperChiller fits nicely and the coffee pours right into the HyperChiller. My only issue, and it's not one that applies to everyone per se, is that I make a 10 oz cup of coffee and this will melt all the ice in the HyperChiller. So at that point it has to go back in the freezer for 10 hours to freeze before being used again. I like to have one in the morning and another in the afternoon which can't be done. It's a surprisingly low tech concept and design so not sure where the $40 price tag is warranted. There must be some knock off's out there for less than half the price.

Where has this been all my life!!
I prefer iced coffee over hot anytime of the year. This is the easiest and fastest method of preparing iced coffee without being watered down that I have ever tried. I have tried many ways, including refrigerator iced coffee (brewed in fridge), k-cups sold specifically to make iced coffee, and just letting the coffee cook on porch in winter lol. None of these are convenient or quick, and the k-cups taste watered down. Now, I usually use regular k-cups, brew, and then pour immediately in the chiller. While I wait a couple minutes to cool, I prepare add ice to my glass. Usually by the time I get my glass of ice ready, coffee is about done in chiller. I just pour in my glass of ice, and bam, done!! I rinse the chiller out and put it back in the freezer. I only take the chiller apart and replace the water inside once every week or two. This is quick and has worked fine for me. Not sure if it is specified to replace water or when, but since the water inside doesn’t touch the coffee, it doesn’t need to be done often at all. I mainly replace the water just in case some is lost to evaporation after awhile. I suggest that if you use a j-cup, you brew into a cup with a pouring lip. I use a glass measuring cup for this purpose. When I used a regular coffee cup, I spilled some pouring into the chiller every time. That was an easy fix, and if your pouring from a coffee carafe, that will not be an issue. Buy it! I have used this everyday since purchase months ago, and it is still working great.

Amazing idea. Models purchased within the last year all crack
I actually love this and have one that I purchased sometime during the pandemic. It's still going fine. And working great. But all of the plastic ones that I've purchased in the last year and treated exactly the same as my first one have cracked within less than 3 months. I don't know if they've changed the plastic or if the mint color is stronger than the white or the black, but going to switch over to the stainless steel and see if that works. It is a beautiful idea that I love for creating my protein coffee in the morning. But the materials have obviously not stood up. Please note I do use this every single day and only for coffee.

Quickly and affordable make iced coffee at home
We just got our HyperChiller and after one test run can safely say we love it. Filled it up, per the instructions, and left to freeze overnight. Yesterday afternoon, when we usually have our ice coffee craving, we made some coffee in our french press and poured it into the Hyperchill. After a little over a minute (while swirling the product) we poured it into a cup with ice and the coffee was already chilled to perfection. The taste was great too! Not overly bitter and definitely not watered down at all. We even filled up the hyperchiller a second time with the rest of the coffee from the french press. We let it sit a little longer (about 3-4 minutes while swirling the HyperChill) and again is cooled it down to a perfect temp for pouring over ice. So basically we got almost 25oz of iced coffee in a few minutes time. We're excited for the cost savings we'll see not buying iced coffee out as much. Some things to note • They warn you on the instruction sheet, but a little melted ice will drip out when you go to pour your iced coffee from the hyperchiller. There are some vent hold on the top of the product that the melted ice seeps from. I made sure to pour the iced coffee out over the sink so wasn't a big deal. But something to be aware of. • the HyperChiller has to sit standing up in the freezer (otherwise the water will spill out before it freezes). Again, not a big deal, buy you have to make sure you have space in your freezer to sit right side up. Can't expect to just place on it's side or cram it into the freezer any which way. • Probably the biggest downside of the HyperChiller is there is no way to see how much hot coffee you're poured into the top. If you're using a Kuerig it won't matter as it only created a set amount. But we were pouring from our french press so weren't entirely sure how much we'd poured in. We had to be careful not to overfill. Not a big deal, we just took it slow, but would be great to somehow have a way to see how much you've filled the HyperChill. All that to say, it was a great first run. It's mostly all plastic so feels a bit cheap at times, but it doesn't feel like the product will break or be weak anytime soon. Overall feels fairly sturdy. If you're looking quickly make some iced coffee at home, I would highly recommend this relatively inexpensive option.

This is an ice coffee game changer!!!
Omg for you iced coffee loves I’ve found the best gadget EVER!!! So my morning routine is to brew my coffee go back in bed or what ever while my hot coffee cools down to then, if I have the patients, put it in the refrigerator for a little (I more times than not skip this step) then add my ice and hope for the best.... I’ve also made the coffee ice cubes but to be honest that’s a pain... well Café Procopio game changer!!! So you get your HyperChiller and fill a stainless steel chamber with water then you fill the plastic container with water and in between those two is another stainless steel chamber that in 12 hours turns arctic cold! So when your ready to brew your coffee you just put this mug looking contraption under your coffee machine and when it’s done you just rotate it one way then another let sit while you get your drinking glass ready with ice and a straw and pour!!! OMG my iced coffee was so cold my lips turned blue!!!! You then just pour some clean water in where your coffee went do a couple of twirls then dump out and it’s clean!! Put back in freezer and repeat! It’s able to go in top shelf in your dishwasher and works with tea, alcohol and juice and is small enough to “chill out” in your freezer without bothering anyone. It is supposed to be able to chill 2 12.5oz drinks before you need to re freeze!! After my 1st use I’m convinced this is a Café Procopio 2 👍🏻👍🏻 up!!!! You can get directly from them, plus as of this review, offering a coupon or just get it on Amazon for a few bucks more!

Great product
I have had this on my mind for a while , I was a bit skeptical at first but I was amazed with how well it works , I tried both coffee and a fizzy drink , it chilled them both really quick. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to drink iced coffee without dilution or just a drink or two that need cooling.

excelente

Great little invention!!
Great product!!!! I always forget to take drinks out of my pantry and put them into the fridge for later, now it doesn't matter! This thing is awesome, i use it almost every day. It works great for every kind of liquid, wine, beer, pop etc. You can even put it under your single serve coffee maker and pour right into this to make iced coffee. You can also drink right out of this container if you are in a rush, just remember to put it back in the freezer when you are done. The only disadvantage i could see for some people is that it will make carbonated drinks a little on the flat side. Overall I think this is a great thing to have around the house for cooling drinks down quickly!!
