I eat Keto and workout 6 days a week and It did neither for me plus I take one each night before bed to keep my metabolism “working harder” while I sleep. It works for me.

The next month, I maintained the same 1200 calorie a day intake, stopped the gummies, and still lost over 5 pounds.
