A classic, razor sharp, mandolin slicer.
A classic mandolin slicer, that is razor sharp. In the past, I have bought fancier ones, which never work properly. This one is so sharp that I wear a chain mail oyster shucking glove, to protect my fingers. I suspect that you see professional chefs using this on cooking programmes.

Best ever!
Best mando I've ever owned! It cuts the hardiest root veg like butta, and is so easy to clean. The blade is strong and sharp. The additional blades attachments are easy to install. Yes, it's narrow, but that really helps from the surface 'bending' under the weight of pushing with your hand. I simply cut the veg to fit, and I'm off to the races! Really, this mando should be in everyone's kitchen!
