Do they make this tape on refill rolls for the black dispensers they sell? It would solve half my battle with wrapping...

It would be nice if they did. Buying these and transferring them to the dispenser (and throwing away the one it comes in) is what I do now. But the rolls are much shorter and I waste the entire plastic thing it comes in.

Is Scotch gift wrap tape this acid free? Will it yellow?

Been using it for a long time, and it hasn't at this point. So I guess I;m saying no.
