seller says in another answer that the liquid Castile soap is out of stock. DH website says this is replacing the castile soap. Which is it?

The Pyrithione Zinc Liquid Castile Soap is not discontinued. The current outage is being caused by supply chain issues. It will come back into stock. The Pyrithione Zinc Liquid Cleanser will also stay in our product lineup. A new 2% Salicylic Acid Castile Soap is also on the product roadmap and will emerge in early 2023.

Why did they change this to such a watery consistency? Much is wasted in your palm. I hope they are reading these negative reviews.

We didn't change the formulation. This is a wash and it is highly effective and it was designed with less viscosity . This is not the liquid castile soap which is thicker. The Liquid Castile Soap happens to be out of stock at this very moment and folks are purchasing the wash expecting it to be the Castile Soap. The Castile Soap comes in a light blue bottle. It will be back in stock soon.
