If you are on the fence of getting this product just do it! it doesn’t work instantly it took a couple of weeks to make a difference but it has helped me to feel more confident,I just ordered my second box and will continue to purchase it.

Let start by saying, this keeps my ph together and yeast away. I was having issues with hard stools and this has solved that problem as well. I have to admit tho. You have to drink a lot of water with this or your urine will be sooo dark. But overall i love it!

I had been taking the much pricier garden of life ultimate care 100 billion formula for a month and not really feeling a difference.
