Do you have a matching grout for the colonial blue tiles?

I do not...I bought a grey pre-mixed grout from another retailer.

Are these glazed? I. e. Do they have a shiny finish?

There are two kinds glazed and unglazed. Its up to you which one you prefer. To me the glazed brings out the color more and they do have a shiny surface.

Unclear from the description- are these tiles actually porcelain? Use will be outside in hot summer, below freezing/wet winter climate.

In the description if it doesn't say "frost proof" then the tiles are not suitable for freezing/wet weather climate.
