This product tastes really good! Easy to take!I have had trouble tolerating all previous Vitamin B supplements, so I just don't take any. Before this item.This is smooth and lightly sweet.I don't notice increased energy, as others have reported.That might be due to the state of my health.However, the fact that I CAN tolerate it and have absolutely no side effects that I have been inflicted with by other products, this is superior in my opinion!I'm on my second bottle and am alternating with another product that is great, too.For me, I fell that alternating will decrease my chances of having any problems with the "B's", as time goes on.I highly recommend this product and am extremely happy to have found it!

I was recommended this product by a MD and I have felt more energy when i take it on a regular basis. I stop for a few weeks and then start another bottle.

I have only been taking this product for a week or so but I already notice a difference.You have to leave it in your mouth for about 30 seconds and I can feel a slight surge inenergy just from that. I thought it was the placebo effect but it happens every time I take it.There is a slight after taste but it wears off quickly. I love not having to take big bulky B vitaminsthat may or may not get digested. I definitely recommend this product and will keep taking it!

The size of the bottle is small and the amount is low but the vitamins seemed to be pretty strong for the low dosage. I just am not a fan of the price of the item even with a subscription but a good product.

I have multiple vitamin deficiencies. This was recommended by a professional. Ice used for years and honestly I don't feel a difference at all. Has to be better than not using anything right? Wish it was a tad more affordable.Taste isn't bad at all.

I was happy the biotin was higher than most products offered by other companies. This company has grest rep. The vitamins taste ok, are easy to use.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING A TOXIC PRODUCT. **GO ORGANIC; IT IS CHEAPER**Just realized that this is a horrible product. I had never read the “other ingredients” label. THIS CONTAINS: Ethanol, a toxic substance, and preservatives like EDTA, which can also be harmful. Something like this should not be sold at all. Cant believe I was poisoning myself for over a year.
