Can the hand be disassembled and re-assembled multiple times? I'm thinking of purchasing for a classroom.

The string has to be strung thru the fingers to move the hand, it would be troublesome. This thing wasn't what I really expected. very disappointed

I’m not positive of the type of string but would recommend this product.. we put it together and it broke with less than 5 minutes of gentle play.
