I looove the smell of this and the fact that I don’t waste a plastic bottle each time we run out and we can just recycle the bottle each time. I wish the bottles were a little sturdier, but overall love this. We only have to use about 2 ounces and it lasts us a long time. Does not irritate our skin or our kids, and are clothes smell fresh and feel soft after each wash. Plus, it’s less expensive then slot of other options.

I love this product line. I use them because they are non-toxic, American made and it a product line that works! They allow you to order refills through Amazon. Which is super convenient. They are a company that responds if you write them. This four pack is a refill to the jug you can initially buy from them. They don’t send you refill jugs every time you order which is what I prefer and like. I always choose the unscented versions. I really like this product line and the company behind it.

It’s fine. It’s a powder, comes with plastic carton, you mix it and there you have it. Smells faintly but fresh & nice in bottle. Doesn’t seem very concentrated so I think I use more than I should, doesn’t seem to go very far & doesn’t make anything smell different or feel noticeably softer. Easy to mix & use. Got me through a good amount of loads. Trying to do better for the environment, but I don’t think I’ll buy this one again, though I don’t have complaints it didn’t hit the way I was hoping. Nothing really wrong with it, just not what I was looking for.

Works and smells so good

This stuff smells sooo good!! It was easy to mix up and the powder incorporated well with hot water. Followed the directions and it worked out just fine. Very happy with the ingredients as well.

It seems more and more that people do not think and consider the customer when it comes to applying the directions that they give if they give any whatsoever. Directions are useless. We in America still use ounces and cups for measurements and the directions are definitely not American useful. The directions say to open the plastic container removing the spout as well as the cap. The spout does not come out of the container unless you literally force it out. The cap is shown with 1/4 cup as well as 1/2 cup. It also states 40 ml as well as 80 ml. You don't know which one to use because the directions on the other package do not match. It is so frustrating and aggravating when correct instructions are not shown for preparation and use. Granted reading is not a chore it's the very fact that people do not check to make sure they have issued or written the correct information as needed. Who wants to order something that just causes aggravation when the instructions are not clear. Where is the integrity in the selling of the product that can't even have correct instructions. Also there's a QR code for usage on the package. Not everyone uses QR codes. Don't bother wasting your time.
