40 count 100% Butter Syrupwafers (Stroopwafels 100% Butter)

I took a trip to the Netherlands and brought home stroopwafels. These are just as good as the ones I brought home (the package says they're made there). I steamed them over my morning latte and the texture and consistency was perfect, and just sweet enough without being too sweet.

These arrived in a somewhat loose crinkle bag of 10 units (each), as opposed to the super-snug fit that other brands package in. Most of them kept their shape, but others banged around in the box upon arrival and cracked at the edgesl. Don't get me wrong, this is a great product with authentic flavor and really well made Stroopwafels — but if you plan to eat them the original way by putting them over your coffee mug, you might get some cookie debris in it from the agitation during shipping. Product-wise, this is as authentic as it gets. Smooth buttery flavor with caramel inside that is sweet, but not overpowering. Sound buy!

Easy to eat and digest, the Stroops are crispier than the other mini waffles I've tried. I like this version that is not individually wrapped. Less trash and easier to access while biking.

I kept hearing my friends talk about Stroopwafels and I finally had to try them for myself. I wish I hadn't waited so long! These are so good. They are sweet but not overly so. They have the most amazing chew to them. I don't warm them up at all because I like the mouth feel when they are firm, right out of the package. These came packaged well and none of them are broken or smashed. These are tasty and pretty enough that I could serve them with coffee or tea for guests. But I think I will keep these all to myself because I love them so much. They make my fingers just a tiny bit sticky when I eat them but I can still comfortably read my book while I enjoy these without causing a mess. I love these!

Not as good as the ones they give out on the plane. I'll try a different brand.

These are the best. They are very natural on the ingredient side of things, have a real buttery taste (from the 12% butter content!) and PLENTY of caramel! They didnt skimp. Whilst 3 Brothers have the most gooey caramel and volume, these are far more tastier and more satisfying. The wafel is not as flavorsome as Daelmans, but is more enjoyable and has a better caramel. Absolutely better than Dutch Waffle Company, Wonderen and Double Dutch stroops.

Not much of a fan of these maybe they need to be eaten with ice cream

Verweij Stroopwafel are delicious! What I expected next to buying them in Holland. I’ve had other brands & by far these are the best. A bit pricey compared to others but worth it. Great with coffee in the morning. Right waffle taste & right amount of caramel.
