This is a great source of more than one type of B12. I haven't eaten a diet that contains any B12 sources in a rather long time and this is a quick, easy, and effective way for me to get my B12 daily. It has a simple ingredient list and it tastes amazing! I've tried other B12 supplements in the past and they would often make me feel nauseous. I've never had any stomach discomfort or nausea with this product.

This is the best. the taste is great, like a treat. It does not have much chance at longevity because i finish them so quickly. The vitamin content is good one dropper full for a good dose. I think in a liquid the absorption of vitamin is better and never have I had it bother my stomach or digestion.

I must have been extremely low on B12 because after taking recommended dose on tongue I had huge energy for couple hours now 3 times. I've taken minerals to help regulate blood tests and this one was beyond anything I expected.

Cats will eat when smaller-than-human-dose amount is mixed into their wet food. My older cat needs extra B12 due to liver/pancreas/intestines issue. He is feeling so much better with this and milk thistle mixed into his wet food once per day. Obviously, I had to adjust the dose for a cat, but finding this instead of cherry flavor is great!

I've been fatigued for as long as I can remember. Doctors would often run a test to check my iron levels and when I didn't show anemia, they dismissed my claims. I finally found a doctor who did a thorough panel and discovered that my b12 was low--I'm one of those people who doesn't absorb enough b12 from food. I usually HATE liquid medicines (I know, sound childish, but oh well) and this is actually tasty--there's not medicine-y flavor and it's sweet, but not overly sweet. After taking this product for about 2 weeks, I noticed I didn't need naps anymore. I've been reordering this product for the past two years and I still don't need naps. (I kinda miss naps though, they had become a part of my routine.) And when I stop taking the product for a few weeks out of laziness or forgetfulness, it's obvious and my fatigue reappears. I would suggest checking with a doctor if you need B12 first. If you do, this is the best product. I personally find it much easier to take a dropper than to take pills. I hope this product always stays in stock.

It should not be so hot the whole glass bottle , it was under the sunshine for so long, it it is liquid supplement , I am not sure if B12 still work or not due to the temperature of the bottle is so high, I am vegan, I need the B12 to work properly for me

Nice easy way to boost B12. I prefer liquid to tablets as I feel the body absorbs them more readily so these are perfect.
