Delicious add to poor recipes
This stuff is amazing on eggs and cheep beef

Sorry but I like the black tub better
I really wanted to love this one, it’s catchy, A5 Japanese raised beef tallow. C’mon, sounds amazing. But it’s got a strong taste that lingers in the steak and it’s a little overbearing in my opinion. I’ve bought 3 jars of it and 2 tubs of the black one in the last year (used only on steaks, about 3 ribeyes a day). Used this one on “special occasions” but now I kinda just like the other one better. I could be wrong but that’s my review.

Meh
Cooked hamburgers and eggs. No added flavor. Smelled up the house like stale hamburger grease. I’ll stick with bacon grease. Adds flavor smells better.
