It says on the description.  Ingredients: Menthol, camphor, triclocarban, perfume, kaolin, talc. The Menthol and Camphor help alot. However, After using it for over 6 months (aka: experience) I have had to go back to my old reliable Mexsana Medicated Powder. Simply stated, nothing works better.  This Snake Brand is good, but I have a very acidic and chemically strong body. I need big time body powder that can help fight odor, sweat, candida, etc. Mexsana does all that.  Mexsana is an antiseptic medicated powder made predominantly from corn starch. It is used to relieve itching and chafing, to protect against perspiration odor and discomfort, and to prevent diaper rash. Mexsana medicated powder is produced by the maker of the Dr. Scholl's brand, Schering-Plough HealthCare Products Inc. Active Ingredients: Cornstarch, zinc oxide, kaolin, Benzethonium chloride. Also contains: Camphor, eucalyptus oil, fragrance, lemon oil. -- The lemon oil helps alot with candida as well.  I namely use powder for my candida overgrowth, and for deodorant, odor protection, and reducing wetness from sweat. It's the best Powder I've found for that in the past 30 years. And I've pretty much tried them all. Something I have learned is that it's not just about the ingredients, but the order they are listed (with #1 being the ingredient most prevalent in the product) and the way they mix all together. That makes a lot of difference.

Will this help  with areas  where  you sweat im asking for my mother i certain  areas

Yes it will! My father use this when he was in Thailand to try and stay cool he would sprinkle it on his sheets at night and his body during the day. So when he asked could I find someone that sold this and purchase it for him I decided to try it myself and absolutely was sold on it.

Is the container supposed to be sealed? I received an unsealed item and not sure if it's supposed to be sealed.

Can I use it on my border colie puppy to relieve her itching?

I am not a vet. However, if it were my puppy, I would try it once and she how she reacts. The ingredients are natural and should not hurt living organisms. Then again, every single living organism is unique, so there is a slight chance that every once in a long while a person (or puppy) might have a bad reaction. That is not the norm, but it is also not impossible.  The decision will have to be yours alone. My decision, for my puppy, would be to try it. Also to keep her body temperature cool if her itching is from prickly heat. Good luck!
