Quality hook! I Love Clover Armour Crochet hooks. 8mm. Smooth metal crochets like butter. Worth the money. Colors distinguish each size along with size molded into handle. I have other brands. These are my favorite.

Love these!
I love these hooks. The larger ones are plastic and some people are concerned about that, but they're still super smooth. The yarn slides well, the hooks are light and comfortable to use.

Can't beat a clover!
When I first started crocheting I was pretty much in love with the Susan Bates style crochet hooks. Then I got curious. I bought a set of the Clover Amour hooks and haven't looked back. They are smoother and snag less (for me) than the Susan Bates hooks. Everyone has a preference that works best for them. My experience has led me to the Clover Amour hooks, BUT if you prefer the style Susan Bates is the best example (IMO) of their particular design.
