So Nice Hand-sized Portable Mini PC!
It's a amazing little pocket small computer! Works perfectly for my needs, but I think the fan voice is a little loud, I send messages to GEEKOM service team and they contact with me soon, also provided a solution for the fan voice and the solution works well, the fan is quiet now, I like it ! Pre-installed and actived Windows 11, it's so simple to use the IT8 desktop. They make the mini pcs very well, come with good quality, the power supply is good (AC 100-240V), not the cheap wall charger. I checked that the SSD/DDR4 are all from kingston. So happy to buy this mini desktop, highly recommended!

One year after purchase - No hardware and software issue - Almost no noise of FAN - Seamlessly play xbox cloud game - Seamlessly play high-resolution video file - Easy OS reinstall - Quick and Kind support team even weekend What I personally want for the next version - sound port move from front to back - add SPDIF port or combine to sound port Great mini PC!.

Good performance, Lower power draw, Worth the money！
Very pleased with the speed and performance. I purchased this GEEKOM IT8 for use as a mini server for the family room after having evaluated a handful of Mini PCs from different manufacturers. Its purpose was to have a relatively inexpensive computer for TV video conferencing, web browsing, and some rudimentary work from the couch. The COVID-19 pandemic crippled the World, and our family was forced to work and study from home. The Mini PC became very valuable to stay in touch with friends, family, teachers, and occasionally, coworkers. It soon became clear that although this mini sized portable desktop had served my original goals exactly as intended, it's a very good choice! I think this mini computer is fully capable of fulfilling any need you have for any desktop, laptop！

Great mini computer
The mini computer arrived quickly and was easy to setup. I would buy this computer again if the need to replace another computer would arise. The computer set-up was the easiest we have ever had. We use with Ethernet and then when needed move the computer to another location that only has WiFi connection and all programs and setup continued with out any difficulty. csm

THIS COMES WITH INTERNATIONAL PLUG
Misleading description! Desktop is beautiful, runs great. Big problem with charger tho. I ordered this overnight needed it soon. And it came with a European power cord. Doesn't say that anywhere on product page. Had to rush out and buy a travel adapter.

Cannot output to 4 monitors
I bought this computer as I needed a solution that provided 4 display output. The device will only output to 3 displays. The USB Type C, HDMI, and Mini DP ports all output video. I used a Mini DP to Dual HDMI input hub to split the Mini DP video into two distinct video outputs. Using that, along with the HDMI and the USB Type C should provide me the 4 display outputs. However, only 3 of the four screens will receive output. I've rotated monitors to ensure that isn't the problem.

Great value mini PC.
I have been using this Geekom mini-PC for 2 months now and very pleased with the performance. It sits on a shelf at the bottom of my computer table. You can expand the memory and add a second SSD drive. Super-fast performance from the 8th gen i5 CPU. Overall, a great value mini-PC for under £400.

Consegna rapida , pacco integro e sigillato un mini pc che di mini ha solo la dimensioni, dove all'interno troviamo un processore Intel i5 da 2,3 GHz-3,8 GHz Turbo e 4 Core 8 Thread abbinati a 8 Gb di Ram DDR4 , per la memoria di massa un disco SSD M2 da 256Gb, nulla da invidiare ad un desktop standard per quanto riguarda le porte ce ne sono a sufficienza e varie dalle 3 porte Usb alle tipo c, lettore di schede, porte display Hdmi, Dp , come detto tutto il necessari anche qualcosa di più acceso il rumore è impercettibile praticamente assente, tenuto acceso ore non ha mai scaldato eccessivamente, nemmeno sotto pressione nell'uso comune è reattivo, veloce non si impunta, va sempre liscio sia sul web a proposito ha il wifi dual band integrato oltre al bluetooth già preinstallato si trova Windows 11 nella version Pro quindi la migliore versione disponibile oggi sul mercato anche se piccolo permette volendo un up grade sia come memoria ram che con l'aggiunta di un disco da 2,5 pollici fino a 2Tb sia meccanico che SSD ha la possibilità di essere installato dietro il monitor e quindi scomparire, anche se è talmente piccolo e bello da vedere che anche sotto al lato del monitor come l'ho posizionato io non sfigura anzi, lo trovo molto comodo Molto soddisfatto
