Work great, very gentle.
My gastrointestinal doctor recommended that I take these because they are not performing. They do not cause bloating or cramping and I take them every evening before I go to bed keeping has really helped improve my digestive health.

Very mild but also effective
I occasionally need a laxative but I don't want anything very harsh wanted more natural and these definitely are that also they're very pleasant to take and they like having a chewy candy so I would recommend these they are effective , mild and taste good and a good value for the money

It works if you’re not in a hurry
These laxative gummies live up to their expectations, but they don’t work in a hurry. It took 12-18 hours to find relief. Easy on the digestive system. Drink plenty of water.

I’ve used this product in the past. I’m overall pleased with the results. I received this bottle in July and it had been expired for 6 months. Not impressive. I didn’t return it because I needed it. I took it anyway, knowing I should be fine. Just disappointed in the freshness. The taste is good. No massive side effects. Definitely drink with lots of water for the best results. The soft and chewy tablets are easy to eat and digest.
