The supplement includes zinc to support normal and healthy hair growth. It also has Vitamin C and flaxseed. The pack in the video has an expiration date of 08/2024. In total, it contains 180 tablets. The recommended dosage is 1–2 tablets a day. So, it would last 3 months if you took 2 tablets. And 6 months if one tablet is taken daily. There is no aftertaste, and the pills are easy to swallow. I would recommend this hair supplement.

My partner is half way through the 3 months pack and I have noticed in some places a few new hair strands. Also it seems to help his skin condition around and in the hair line, which is something like an eczema and might actually be contributing to the hair loss there. As with any supplements it takes a while to notice any major changes, especially hair (skin and nails are showing the improvements faster) but hair grows in stages so it requires more patience. His hair is shoulder length and his best feature, but getting a bit thinner on the top, so this is the least he can do to try to tackle it. I also suggested to combine it with the scalp massage but men rarely keep up with any beauty regimens so only vitamins it is. I am not sure it can stop the receding hair completely (especially if it is given by genes) but I do believe it can postpone the hair loss, and especially so if it is stress and nutrition related. The vitamins combined here could actually support the whole system (nails, skin, hair and mind) if one's diet is really poor. There is 180 tablets in the pack. Directions are 2 tablets daily for at least 3-6 months.

Considering the above, the price does not seem too excessive( around £30/month ). Swallowing the tablets is very easy, and because they come packed with blisters, they are well protected during storage. The box itself does not take up much space, and I find the blisters a very convenient solution. If you have any travel plans, you can simply cut out the required amount and take them with you. Easy to follow your intake, as you can physically count the empty spaces on a blister. As with many supplements - it takes time to see any results. So as long, as the pills contain what is being advertised, I should be able to see some improvement in due time, and I shall update my review then, People, who claim they can see results after only a few days, in my opinion, are not very honest. It takes time, and with this type of product, fully reliable reviews should be posted/updated after finishing the recommended treatment period...
