The most 'ridiculous' non-stick wok/frying pan/pot
This cookware is by far the most outrageous 'thing' I've ever tried and wish I had found this one long time ago, and that would have saved me $$$ on buying the wrong alternatives. I thought it was a WOK (based on its design) but it serves multiple purposes as a frying pan, sauce pan or whatever you want to call it. Here are few things I truly find it amazing: 1. Deep opening What that means is that I don't need to worry about any oil splatter or scattered food pieces that 'jump' out of the WOK while being flipped. 2. Protective coating (non-stick layer) This is the mystery part I really don't understand, doesn't look like there's a coating on this carbon steel WOK but it works much better than the name brand hard-anodized cookware I have had. Me and my husband exercise all kinds of weird cooking techniques, this WOK has never failed us. Not to mention, easy maintenance, this WOK doesn't need to be seasoned. 3. Cook food faster than you expected This WOK carries a certain amount of weight, not featherlight not overly heavy either. Definitely lighter than the traditional WOKs I've had (one of them is imported from an Asian country). If you consider the average thickness of material used by a hard-anodize cookware is 'proper', and this WOK is supposed to be 'thinner', but still gets cooking jobs done brilliantly in a timely manner. 4. A perfect match for our glass top stove The diameter of this WOK (bottom) is almost same as the size of the 'drip bowl', not sure if that explains why cooking is extremely efficient In summary, this is the cookware I would absolutely recommend. I would also suggest that use a quality silicone spatula to pair with it.

The search has ended...
I am happy to write a positive review of the ANEDER Frying Pan with Lid, Skillet, and Nonstick 10-Inch Carbon Steel Wok! As someone who loves to cook, I have been on the search for the perfect frying pan, skillet, or wok for some time, and I can confidently say that my search has ended with this wonderful product. One of the best things about the ANEDER frying pan is its size; at 10 inches, it's perfect for small kitchens or cooking for two people. It doesn't take up too much space on the stove, and it's easy to handle and maneuver. The nonstick surface is also a huge plus, as it makes cooking and cleaning a breeze. But what really sets this frying pan apart is its carbon steel construction. This material allows for even heating, which means that your food will cook evenly and you won't have to worry about hot spots. Additionally, the carbon steel is incredibly durable and can withstand high heat, making it perfect for stir-fries, sautรฉs, and more. Finally, I love that this frying pan requires little to no oil when cooking. This is great for those who are health-conscious or who are trying to cut down on their oil intake. And when you do need to use oil, the nonstick surface means that you don't have to use as much as you would with other frying pans. Overall, I would recommend the ANEDER Frying Pan with Lid Skillet Nonstick 10 inch Carbon Steel Wok to anyone looking for a high-quality frying pan suitable for small kitchens or cooking for two. It's durable, easy to clean, and makes cooking a joy.

Love this pan w/ one exception
I have two of these woks that I have had for 4 years. I like the quality of the pans (still look like new although I do not put them in the dishwasher), clean-up is a breeze, it is a good size (yes, it is a little heavy) and generally enjoy cooking w/ it. The major problem that I have is that the wooden handle on the glass lid cannot be tightened down enough so that it does not turn. Therefore, when I am using the lid, it can happen that the handle twists, and my hand winds up directly over the vent hole. Really wish I could find a way to lock down the position of the handle to prevent this -- then it would be the perfect pan!!

A Wok of Art
First, this is beautiful, like a work of art. The wood handles add that touch of class and prompted me to buy this over another model. The body is huge and definitely nonstick, which makes cooking easy. It's not too heavy, so I can handle it with one hand if necessary and wash it easily. With my prior wok, I had to lay the lid directly down on the counter to stir or serve. Being able to stand the lid on the side, is more sanitary and won't smear liquid or sauce on the counter. The accompanying spatula/ ladle/spoon is a good size to cook and serve with. It would have been nice to have some instructions on assembly. I had never put together an item like this and did not know what to do with the various little washers. I guessed about how to assembly the parts of the lid and left one little plastic piece out. Who knows what that was for. Shrug. Then, the handle took me a couple of days to figure out. There's this screw cap that helps the handle screw on. I put it on the main screw but that didn't work and the handle didn't fully go in. Then I had a hard time getting the cap off so I could try it another way. Finally, the next day I got it off and screwed it directly into the wok itself and then put the main screw through the handle. That worked. Why didn't you just tell me, manufacturer? But I don't appreciate the lack of instructions, which caused frustration. Lastly, I understand you can use this in the oven but I am hesitant to because I dont' want to ruin this beautiful lid.

Best overall/cook anything in/easy clean wok pot!!
I've been changing out pots over the last year. I've gotten stainless steel and granite coated. Then I cam across this pots after I'd stocked up, but I still wanted to try it. So far I'm not enjoying cooking with stainless steel. The granite is okay, but I'm finding best for sauteeing vs actually cooking. THIS WOK does it all. I've fried steak, stirfried veggies, boiled potatoes. I used this one pot to cook the meal. I wish they came in different sizes (3 qt), and a pan version. I've checked. The only thing is the wooden top on the pot split. I just returned it and ordered another. Waiting for that to come in, and hope the knob last. But still, overall great pot!!!

The best wok you will get!
I absolutely love this wok. Sturdy and very well made. There is nothing I don't like. The lid is very stilish and very handy with the handle that allows it to stand. The actual wok if heavy and the finish looks stunning, I have made paella in it and it was amazing, nothing stuck to it just superb. If this was to break many years down the line I would happily replace it again with another one the same! Recommend.

Very nice
I really love this wok. Itโs nice to look at, but has a good balance of weight. Not too light, not too heavy. Only complaint is that I like to store the lids of my pots and pans upside down in them for space saving. Because if the handle, I cannot do this with it.

Muito boa
Muito boa, qualidade excelente; linda; pesada, mas saberia que ela ia ser mesmo. Mas os preparos parecem ficar atรฉ mais gostosos nela.

Does It All
Pleased with this wok pot. It is deep enough to cook pasta and other larger ingredients. Used it to make an omelet and it did so very well even with the depth. The flat bottom adds to its variety in cooking. Very easy to clean but use no steel untensils. It's light on the hand and the lid fits tightly and having a vent in it, is super. Love this pot which is likely the only one I will use.
