Q: Should the hair be clean before doing this treatment? I know its meant to go on dry hair but I heard that hair should be clean for it to work.

Great question! I would say it is better doing it 15 minutes before you wash you hair. It is an oily product so if you use it on clean dry hair your hair will be very oily. I have tried it. Doesn't hurt anything if you want to try. But I just recommend doing it on dry hair before the wash! It had shown great improvement to my dry scale!

No. It will not change the gray color of your hair.

Hello, It works as a pre-shampoo treatment to soothe scalp skin and rejuvenate follicles. It is especially good for Dry, itchy and/or flaky scalp, scalp build-up, thinning hair. It would be an alternative to a leave in oil, since it is a pre-shampoo oil. Hope this helps!

Q: Is it safe for color treated hair?

I have highlighted/color in my hair, it’s one of the best oils I’ve ever used. My hair feels so much better, as well as my scalp. I have a dry scalp, this helps! It doesn’t take a lot, but I put it all over my scalp and then massage it into my scalp, it slowly makes it’s way to the ends of my hair, (I have short hair), which btw it’s good for my ends. I have also left it in over night, rinse it off in the shower and then shampoo lightly, conditioner, towel dry, it feels really good. I hope this helps! I will purchase again. I did purchase the heat resistance cream too, amazing how much it has helped my hair.
