I absolutely love this butter bell! I was gifted one in this same model (the white with the flowers) from the 90s. Heartbreakingly, I dropped the one I was gifted and went to look for a replacement. I was glad to find that these are exactly the same model and will work as wonderfully as the one I had from so long ago! I got two - the light green and the dark blue as a gift for a friend. They both look great and feel like a good quality product. I love these so much! I hate trying to scrape cold butter over fresh toast, and the skin butter gets when you leave it out makes it not taste as great. I LOVE the butter bell.
