This is a very sturdy and sharp pruner. Since my spouse and I often work yard projects together, we decided to invest in a second pair of these because it's such an excellent product. It's durable and does a terrific job on even the thickest and toughest branches.

So far, so good. Shears are comfortable to grip, locking mechanism locks, and to date, they have cut branches, etc. up to 3/4" with little effort. So far, a quality item for a very reasonable price.

Yes, they are ultra sharp and cut easily. I did appreciate the fact that the padded parts of the handles were removable. Just a personal thing, but, I felt like I had a better grip and more control by removing the lower one. There was a bit of a break in period as the blade had a position where it would stick slightly....some WD-40 and use improved it. Overall...great quality item and at a most reasonable price.
