Great quality and made with great materials nice and fluffy and soft,easy to clean with hoover, lightweight none slip on carpet didn’t move at all great quality backing won’t damage easily I love this type of rug .

Rug is fine. But had a ghost delivery from DHL. Re said tried to deliver but had not, so had to pick up rug from a collection point 20 minutes away. Annoying.

Great rug for the price, soft underfoot with a decent pile depth. Colour true to the pictures. Comes wrapped very tightly and not too heavy too manoeuvre. It'd be impossible to use the original packaging if you needed to return the rug. Doesn't lie flat when first unwrapped but this is easily solved by rolling up the other way and leaving for a few days. Then I found the rug lies flat. Mines on a wooden floor and I've found that it doesn't move unlike others experiences. Why not 5*, I bought in the sale and definitely at that price point it's a 5* product but price has gone back up so it would lose a star at RRP but a definite buy when reduced.

I bought this taupe shaggy rug to replace an identical one that had seen better days. It looks lovely, was a great price, arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I find that this type of rug can slip on my laminate flooring so always use one of the rubber underlays to be on the safe side. It's a good quality rug and I'm really happy with my purchase.

Smaller than expected. Its "ok" it feels very " plastically" colour is nice. Curls up very easily. Quite annoying. Will replace as soon as possible.

I was slightly sceptical as to the quality of this rug because of the price but I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised. No one is going to mistake it for a top end rug but it doesn't look like cheap tat either. The colour is true to the picture, it's not too thin, it flattened out very quickly and it's very soft underfoot. Looks great after it's been hoovered. I don't expect it to last years but if it lasts a year until we can afford new carpet I'll be very happy.

Really disappointed with this rug. The quality is honestly terrible, it feels super thin and cheap, and it doesn’t sit flat on the floor. It keeps moving around and already looks worn after barely any use. On top of that, arranging a return is a nightmare because of the delivery. It’s really difficult to sort out, so you end up stuck with it for a while. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Extremely low quality and impossible size to send back. Also an unknown address to send it back. Waste of money.
