* Update * - Keep in mind, gluten/wheat is not for everyone. That said, the gluten in Einkorn Wheat is much easier to digest then today's/current wheat of our day. Best tasting flat bread I have ever made, honestly. Unbleached clean flour! Organic/NON-GMO and Glysophate free! PERFECT! Spendy but worth it. I will continue to purchase this flour for sure.

Gave this a try after being very happy with other European flours I have used recently. You can see and feel the difference: slightly less white, less powdery. Flavor is excellent. I tried making shortbread cookies with it, sifted it first. The cookies did not bake normally. Shortbread doesn't spread a lot when it bakes. These browned earlier, spread out a lot, and turned out very crispy because I baked them for the usual length of time. It made delicious cookies, but I couldn't call them shortbread. A little experimentation may be in order depending on what you make. The quality of the flour is unmistakable and it's orders of magnitude healthier than American flour. I am excited to continue to experiment until I understand how to make the most out of it.

I was recently tested and i cant eat wheat or spelt flour but Jovials Einkorn tested fine for me!!So happy!Found a great chocolate chip cookie recipe and made those with Ghee because poor me cant have dairy as well and they were so good!Will attempt bread next.Very grateful we can get this wonderful flour that is glyphosate free here in the USA!Thank you Jovial!

I love using einkorn flour. It is non hybridized and is wheat the way nature intended and the way it was grown for thousands of years. Some people who have a gluten sensitivity can eat einkorn flour without having issues. I am making bread with it and using it anytime a recipe calls for all purpose flour.
