This thing is great . It cooks well & is adjustable to different thickness of foods . The fact that it has an adjustable cooking temp switch is a good thing . I cooked 3 smaller steaks of 2 different thickness on it & the only problem was keeping them from sliding toward the front . It cooks pretty well . I cooked the 3 steaks which were about 2" thick on 380° for 10 minutes , rotating them to get good grill marks . They weren't done enough so I upped the temp to 400° & cooked for another 6 minutes . They ended up with a good amount of pink & joicy . Clean up , the drip tray was which is much larger than the older models is quite large wasn't very full . The cooking surfaces which are dishwasher safe were very easy to wipe clean . However they didn't come as clean in the dishwasher as I had hoped . Our dishwasher is 11 years old so Im not blaming our George . It's advertised for 5 burgers , no way unless they're a little larger than White Castle burgers . I got 2 full size Bubba burgers on it & maybe 3 after a little surgery . It's easy to use , to wash & it stands up for storage . It's a keeper .

Disasemble is easy if you follow the instructions on the heating device. Heating device is not washable but top and bottom plates can be submerged in water. Even dishwasher safe. I wash by hand. Make sure everything is dry when you reconnect the heating device. Food cooks fast and tastes good. Feel like I'm eating at a restaurant. Durable material. Non-stick surface. Make sure not to use Pam or any other non-stick sprays it will mess up the coating. I made that mistake with my first George Foreman grill. For the price it's a good deal. Does not take up that much counter space. Highly recommend

This is the perfect grill for someone who cooks small meals. Fits 2 1/2 pound burgers perfectly. 1 steak, 2 pork chops and the non-stick surface is really great. Clean up is a breeze in the dishwasher.

I used to use my Ninja Outdoor Grill for burgers and steaks, but sometimes it is just me eating it and cleanup took so long on that grill. I bought this Foreman Fully Submersible grill primarily to simply cleanup when I am preparing just one or two burgers. It has helped tremendously, but with some caveats... While the entire top, bottom, and drip tray are all able to be cleaned in the dishwasher, the primary electrical unit that plugs into the back cannot get wet, but it is often splashed with juices from the cooking food, especially burgers and steaks. It often gets A LOT of grease on it, even cooking a single burger. It is NOT easy to clean because of the hinges and grooves on it. I wish there was a better design with some kind of splash guard on the back to prevent the controller part from getting any splashed grease on it! Also, the drip tray could be larger in the back and front because grease also tends to drip off the back and front in places where the drip tray doesn't reach and gets onto the table or countertop the unit is on. Also, the "4-serving" size is a joke. I can only fit two, MAYBE three typical burgers on it. That's fine for me, but you should be aware of the size claims. Other than those issues, I do like this unit a lot. The easy cleaning of everything but the controller unit is fantastic. And the non-stick surface works really well for not only removing food from it easily but wiping down before putting the whole thing in the dishwasher is easy. It cooks burgers perfectly within minutes, and I am quite happy with the purchase. It was a good value around $55 at purchase time.

Been thinking about purchasing one of these grills and it took my oven to go out, waiting on parts, to make me purchase one. Reading all the reviews they write about being too small, not really a problem for me as it grills so fast by the time I cook on it, grill another portion the other has finished "resting" and we're good. I also choose this model for being easy to clean and it is easy!

(edited) product claims 13.6"D x 5.2"W x 12.4"H (granted, this may be overall size) BUT actual grill space is less than 10.5" x 8.5". The result is I was expecting to be able to fit four less than 4.5" diameter 1/4lb burgers onto it, when in reality I can fit 2 TERRIBLE and WASTING my time and effort. Product is basically useless to me now, as my goal is to bulk cook burgers. Now I gotta deal with return, if I even get that now that it's an open box, and waste of hassle and time, or just eat the cost and donate it (edit) actually, in testing I can fit 3 burgers on, so I will give it a chance. Changed from 1 to 3 stars, bc the burgers cooked did seem to go well. High heat appears to be approx 350-380F by my meat thermometer, could cook a few frozen burgers in about 5.5min to 160F. Definitely far less messy than when I tried to cook on my stovetop (splattered water and grease all over), so that's a plus. The modular 3 part grill design is neat (and a 4th power supply, which should stay away from water and dishwasher), and I'm glad the grill parts can be machine washable, albeit I'll prob just wash by hand, it's nice to know the design should be ok if water gets around. I notice the burgers don't taste quite as good as stove top, I think it's bc stovetop gives the higher heat sear on the ends. I'm new to cooking burgers. That said, it does its job fairly cleanly, and modular design is nice, so bumped up the stars, and I can fit at least 3 of my frys frozen 1/4lb burgers on it, so I'll test it some more to see.

Grill works well. Grease drains through plates to drip tray. I like that it is level, unlike the older styles that were slanted and food would slide off. I also like that it stores upright thus taking up less space. Non stick surface cleans easily. I have only hand washed, as I am concerned the dishwasher would damage the nonstick capability. Only downside is the size. I wanted a grill big enough to grill vegetables next to 2 servings of meat. Nowhere in the description did it give the actual size of the cooking surface and it is definitely NOT 4 servings. It will hold 4 hot dogs but only 2 burgers or 2 small steaks. Manufacturer needs to be more forthcoming in their description!

it's a little bigger than the last one I had. just the right size for two. also it has variable thermostat

Brought this because my George Foreman grills died out after many years of good service. Unfortunately this product is so bad that I will never be buying a George Foreman again Disadvantages - cooking area is smaller than the dimension specifications posted . Significantly smaller than both my previous George Foreman grills - very smokeable , my older models somehow gave out low smoke even at the same intensity - knob is a decoration piece , doesn’t really feel like it gives me any control over the grill. This was the main feature I was looking forward to and it just isn’t what’s advertised. Might as well just be an on and off button. - given these two disadvantages the price is basically extortionate The only good thing is the dish washer friendliness . My previous models weren’t dish washer friendly and it was a nightmare cleaning them …. But what’s the point of being able to clean a product easily if it’s not doing its job properly in the first place

Bought this as an upgrade to my decade old George Foreman and the difference is night and day! This one is so much easier to clean, and the hinge is more flexible allowing you to grill thicker items more evenly. There is a drip tray under the grill plates temselves which is a great change from the slanted grill surface that drips into a plastic tray. If you are looking for an effective, easy, way to grill food on the countertop, look no further.
