I've been on this probiotic for about 6 years now. I'm 56 now and being on this daily has really prevented any UTI's on me and I rarely get a yeast infection anymore. As a woman, do yourself a favor and get on a good daily probiotic. Its so important. I have been so impressed by these that I also put my 80 year old mother on them because as you know, the older generation are bad about drinking water daily and get UTI's more frequent. When my mother told me she keeps getting them, I put these on subscribe and save for her and she takes one daily. She has not had a UTI in 4 years, she is not 84. My friend is a caregiver for her elderly mother who is now 96 years old. Her mother was constantly getting UTI's being wheelchair bound and hates water. She told me since she started her on these daily, her mom does not get a UTI as often as she did before. Before she was getting one as soon as she finished antibiotics, about 1-2 times a month. Now its way better and she gets one like every 3-4 months only because her mother hates water and wont' drink it. TWO THUMBS UP!!

Easy on the stomach, worth the money. I tried other probiotics that were cheaper and came back to this one because it's worth the extra cost.

I purchased these when I had candida overgrowth in my digestive tract, to help balance my stomach back to a healthy state. They worked great for me. I've taken other probiotics in the past, and I have used natural probiotics like kombucha and keifer, but these were the extra boost I needed when candida was an issue for me and I couldn't use the natural ways due to sugar and yeast. I suffered no digestive upset when taking these, which was amazing to me because I was already having issues. They definitely helped balance me back out and I took them for a few months just to make sure everything was healed. You could take them as a preventative also, to maintain daily balance. Finding the right probiotic is sometimes difficult, but I absolutely trust this brand!

If you’re a person that goes regularly to the bathroom and doesn’t have constipation uses I don’t recommend. This will make you go even more. It’s a very good probiotic and it works! It’s just not the best for me because it makes me go way too much. This is definitely for people that have a slower metabolism.

Take these every night before bed. Keeps me regular with less bloating and a general "lighter" feeling. Capsules are easy to swallow. I like they have cranberry in them so I don't need to take a separate capsule for that. No refrigeration required which is a huge plus! Overall I enjoy this product and definitely notice if I don't take it.

These probiotics worked surprisingly well for me. So far (almost a month) they have been most effective at easing constipation and stomach upset. I’m still dealing with gas and bloating, but at times the bloating seems a bit better. I have an autoimmune disease (and stomach problems seem to go with it) so I likely need to adjust my diet more as well.
