Works great! Saves your back and shoulders!
The cart works great and makes a massive difference moving my kayak-sup hybrid to the water. My Bote brand (Aero Deus) kayak-sup inflatable hybrid is only about 40-ish pounds fully inflated but it’s awkward and a bit heavy to carry along with equipment when alone. This cart makes everything a breeze while pulling the kayak and gear to the water—nearly weightless! It’s well-made, folds down to help with easy storage and is lightweight too. The tires are a very slightly pliable plastic material. TIP: You MUST place the FRONT of your boat/sup in the same direction the kickstand is pointing, when set up, to prevent the cart from folding while in use. That info is included in the instructions but some people may miss it. It’s also best to set your boat/sup just behind the boat/sup’s center onto the cart before strapping it down. The one change I made was replacing the ratchet straps provided with cam buckle tie-down style straps which I find easier to use and just as secure. This cart definitely makes getting out on the water much easier and saves your back/shoulders from carrying heavy/awkward equipment. Great value for the money and much more reasonably priced than many other carts!

Works very well.
These work great. I had some others before, similar but not the same. My old ones had no straps, so I used one rope for the front support and a 2nd rope to keep the kayak from pulling forward off the cart. The 2nd rope was very important. It was tied to the front hole of the kayak where the handle was attached. It went from that point along the top of the kayak to and tied to the rope holding the cart on. This 2nd rope made it impossible for the rope holding the cart on the kayak to slip back toward the end of kayak-thus, keeping the kayak from pulling forward off the cart. The other thing was I did was to put the cart on with a specific support in front-this kept the cart from collapsing as long as I pulled the kayak/cart forward (and made a second circumference rope not necessary. The tires of the cart went flat (the carts were 9 years old). Replacement wheels were expensive so I bought this one (three of them). These carts are very good. The construction is sturdy and they roll nicely. Wheels will not go flat. The two straps work well and make it unlikely the carts will collapse. The straps are fairly easy to put on but a little tricky to loosen (read the instructions). I still use the "2nd" rope and still put them on "directionally" so they cannot collapse when pulled forward as opposed to reverse. Three of us used these on a 1.8 mile trail. They will fall over if you go over a log, root or rock on one side and don't pay attention-but look at what you are doing and you will realize they make it sooo much easier to do a "carry". They do lie flat and can be put on your kayak mount-though I have not done that as we took ours to a lake from the road. If you center the cart well you could easily stow some gear in the kayak (camping/fishing gear?). I am very please with these carts.

Sturdy and works well
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this carrier works. The only issue is that the directions for attaching the straps are not great. If you are used to using ties and ratchets it would be no issue. I had to figure it out but I did. After that, it was easy. The kayak stayed attached and was easy to pull even over rough terrain. Great product at a reasonable price.

Good cart plus comment on instructions for ratchet
This is a good quality cart. It is sturdy and light. I have used it twice to cart my 10 ft kayak from my truck to the water and back, and it was easy to do. I really like the way the wheels can easily come off and stow in the kayak. I have a criticism that doesn’t reflect the cart. It’s about the instructions regarding the ratchet device on the straps. I had never used anything like that before so I needed the instructions to know how to thread the straps into the ratchet and then take the straps out of it. The instruction booklet’s “Step 3” page’s English was vague and the photos were small and too dark (Step 3-1) to see how to load the strap into the ratchet. I spent some time figuring it out but I did get it finally. Maybe you could do a little video on loading and unloading the straps into the ratchet device.

The cart is lightweight and sturdy and folds up easily
This cart works very well with my Wilderness Systems Tarpon 120 kayak. I like that I can very easily take both wheels off then fold the cart up and store it in the back of my kayak while I'm out on the water.

Great cart!!
I really like this cart! Super simple to just pop the wheels on and off, and it’s made very well. I’m especially pleased that I don’t have to worry about the air level in the tires, since they’re solid rubber. I did discover a few important things about using this cart on my 10’ Lifetime Tamarack Angler (sit on top kayak): 1) the cart should be positioned near or behind the seat location, and then the boat should be pulled from the front 2) when the boat is wet, the bungees definitely slid all over the place. I haven’t decided whether to switch to ratchet straps (the ones it came with are so-so but probably would work ok) or to keep trying to better secure bungees onto the kayak 3) no cart is going to be perfect in all scenarios; this one definitely was VERY EASY to use on bumpy asphalt, relatively uneven ground, and packed sand but trying to haul a fully-loaded kayak (est weight 85 lbs all in) up a rocky steep slope is not an awesome idea for a 5’1” woman. I have not tried it on soft sand/beach because my kayak is a 10’ Tamarack Angler that’s not suited to surf fishing. If I was lucky enough to live at the beach & needed surf entry, I’d get a bigger/heavier yak and a balloon wheel cart. 4) I suspect that people who complain about this item collapsing are using it wrong. The reason we say this is that the kickstand has foam on it for some reason, and i could see how someone could mistakenly be using the cart incorrectly & trying to use the kickstand as part of the support. Or they tie off to the kickstand. 5) last note: the kickstand is hard for me to reach once I’ve got the kayak onto the cart; not sure what I’m doing wrong there!

Works okay.
The straps that come with the cart are not the best. Once I can, I will replace with easy cinch straps. The lower bar makes it hard to maneuver over rocky beaches. I wouldn’t bother using this if you had two people to carry the kayak but solo, it does help.

New PWR Owner
Outstanding, better than Yak Attack Cart

Well constructed
Does what a kayak trolley should do. Nicely made. The straps supplied are awkward to put on and will rust in short time. I replaced them with the traditional cleat type strap.
