Is the cover removable for washing or do you wash it with the insert in it?

Yes. The cover has a zipper so you can remove it.

Can the wedges be washed if soiled?

I don’t think the wedge itself, possibly the cover slip can be removed and washed, not entirely sure because I returned ours

Hello - Yes, I received 3 wedges for this purchase. Each are different size. YOu can use them individually or in combination to the desired lift. These were a great purchase and I am glad we came across them on amazon.

Can I purchase more covers

You can put a pillow case over them also which allows for easy cleaning, just wash the pillow case. You also should be able to remove the blue cover and wash them

The covers are washable. The zip on and off. There are better than using a regular pillow. They hold their shape. My husband thinks they are very comfortable plus helps with pressure off lower back,
