Is it bjd (volks) or american girl (18") doll scale?

Is it the product of SD10 (Volks)? Our 1/3 dress form has bust size 11.4’’, waist circle size 9’’, hips 12’’, might a little bigger than doll but the higher is similar with SD10. This later year we will launch a series of new products of BJD dolls, please pay attention.
