Review: A must have cookbook!! - This is one of my favorite cookbooks. If you are tired of being sick, look into scientific evidence of eating correctly for good health and strength. I was not surprised about the delicious recipes because a have the author’s previous book, PlantPure Cookbook. Do not miss out getting this one. A whole food plant based diet is the way to cure yourself by the natural and best method discovered and backed by scientific data. Review: One of the best plant-based cookbooks! Easy and tasty recipes. - I am an avid vegan home cook and have tried recipes over the years from over 70 plant-based cookbooks. Kim Campbell's books are great in that the recipes are usually easy and quick to make, and the more time consuming recipes are more than worth the effort. I think this 3rd cookbook of hers is my favorite. There are so many tasty recipes. The Lasagna Stew is worth the price of the book alone...a real winner! I have tried several vegan fondue recipes over the years and all fell short of authentic flavor until I tried Kim's Party Fondue; the taste and texture are just like dairy fondue. Another huge winner in our house is the old-fashioned pumpkin pie. I have tried many vegan pumpkin pies and when I tried Kim's my husband declared the filling to be the best he has ever tasted in his life (even better than the non-vegan traditional pumpkin pies), and I feel the same way. It is so healthy yet tastes amazing. Every week I make pancakes or waffles, and two of my favorites are from this book. The carrot pancakes are so quick and delicious and Kim's lemon poppy seed pancakes are probably the most requested of my many vegan pancake recipes....they are just fantastic! I love this cookbook because the recipes are so healthy, yet also taste wonderful. I am 67 years old, take no meds, and the doctor says I am in the top 1% for health in my age group. I attribute it to eating a whole food plant-based diet. Thanks Kim for taking the time to create this cookbook and share your delicious recipes.

Beautiful Pics and Recipes are So Yummy!!
This is now the third cookbook that I own of Kim Campbell and it is wonderful! I already have made two recipes that have been family hits and have a week worth of dinners I have shopped for that will be made soon. So many delicious and healthy meals to choose from. Plus, if you are like me and want to see what a recipe should look like before fixing it, the pictures in the cookbook are plentiful and amazing!! When you gift this or add it to your collection, you will be glad you did!

Cookbook reviews can be harsh - not this one!
All of Kim Campbell's cookbooks have had fantastic reviews, just look at her first two books, Amazon cookbook reviewers are pretty straightforward. The recipes either taste amazing or they don't. Kim has spent her entire life creating flavors that are both familiar and delicious, without all the baggage that comes with animal based foods such as diary, cheese and meat. So the meals are not only the tastiest, they are also the healthiest! This is not just a cookbook, it is a starter kit and offers practical advice with checklists for substituting healthy foods in place of unhealthy foods - so if this is your first plant based cookbook, it has all the detail you know to turn the page and embrace healthy, delicious food. Why not have it all?! Over 100 new recipes and most are even gluten-free. Plus its just gorgeous. Thanks Kim!

Delicious, better than most wfpb
I've made over 20 recipes since getting this book last month and have not been disappointed. Ingredients are easy to find and most recipes are straightforward. We do add more salt. Have fed to non-vegan friends and family and they loved as well. Our favorites thus far were the sweet potato waffles, cauliflower walnut tacos, Taco soup, spring rolls, artichoke tacos, pumpkin apple butter, poppy seed dressing and falafel. The mayo is more like miracle whip but is still good considering the health aspect. Highly recommend.

Good, interesting recipes
A lot of good, interesting recipes in this book. I found the formatting a bit difficult, but it could have been because it's an ARC. Not a lot of photos, but the recipes were perfect for adding plant foods into your meal routines. Thank you to Netgalley, the author, and the publisher for allowing me to read and review.

The best comfort food!
Made my first recipe from the book. It was absolutely divine!!! Spinach Artichoke Pasta Bake, pg 194. I have no idea what soy curls are and couldn't find them, so I subbed some baked tofu. I also adjust the garlic and pepper flakes to my tastes. It came out of the oven and smelled as good as it tastes. I know this is definitely going to be my go too from now on. It is definitely comfort food!!!!

One of my favorite plant based cookbooks ever
I adopted a vegetarian diet a couple of years ago. My family was supportive but didn't really like much of what I was making. This cookbook changed that. The recipes are fairly easy to make if you don't mind a little chopping and prep of fresh food (key to getting the best nutrients). There were enticing photos of what the dish should look like and without exception everyone has really enjoyed the meals I've prepared using this cookbook - even the grandkids!

Not great if you are in Australia
There are a quite a few recipes in this book that use ingredients that don’t exist in Australia so I wouldn’t recommend it to fellow Aussies.

As good as expected
Another great book from Kim Campbell. I’ve made several recipes from the book and they don’t disappoint. Very easy to understand instructions, lots of recipes you can whip up in no time on any day of the week and use of ingredients most of us have in our pantry. Best of all they are all whole food plant based and oil free.
