No taste at all and it seems it is working
I bought this product because my thyroid is having some issues, making my nails weaker and my sleep bad so I read that iode is good for it so it is been 2 weeks now and it seems my nails are getting stronger. I wanna give a try.

Idk why, but I 100% feel a difference when I take this product. I usually take it before bed. On days I take it I wake up feeling super refreshed, and get out of bed really easily. My energy is easy to sustain throughout the day. No caffeine needed. On days I don’t take it I wake up grumpy and sluggish. It’s like my secret weapon.

Paint it on your brittle fingernails!
I read somewhere that painting clear iodine on your nails makes them stronger, so I bought this. I've always had what I considered "potato chip" fingernails and after messing around with gel nail polish and nail powders and soaking in acetone they because the worst they've ever been. I figured it would take 6 months to grow out to get healthy. I even have one thumb nail that splits vertically, which is painful. I used a small artist brush and just put a few drips from the dropper on it, then applied it to my nails. From the first use it strenghtened them much to my astonishment! I applied it once a day for a week, and now once a week. I can't even believe these are the same nails. They're not breaking, peeling or splitting! For the nail that spit I used teabag paper and Gorilla Super Glue (the best glue by far for that and I've tried many) and even it has stopped splitting since I stopped with the patching. Do this for your brittle nails; you'll be glad you did!
