Robust, high quality and good performance RJ-11
Upgrade for our ATT DSL modem.Initial impression was “F¥€K they sent me RJ45 instead!”. LOL! Looks nothing like phone line. This is very robust, Ethernet style, round cable. Closer inspection revealed it did in fact have RJ11 connectors. Everything seems very well built and high quality.I have little doubt those cable will last a long time. As an added bonus, controlled experiments on our home network with speed testing shows 5% faster download and upload speeds from several providers. Latency has improved a similar amount.Coming from Walmart sourced ONN brand ordinary phone line that was 10 years old and had been through a few modem melting lightning storms. We still had issue free connectivity but since we’re replacing all our network hardware after the last storm we figured why not upgrade all the patch cables and the phone line as well.

Perfect for UVerse VOIP router
For a while I’ve been wanting to move my ATT VOIP router to a different location but the tech that installed it provided only a short wire. I always thought there was something cosmic about this type of wire due to the voice requirements over the internet line. Turns out these cables are readily available on the market, but they don’t explicably say it works with ATT voice and data routers. Well this one works perfectly. Great length at a great price. High quality material is sturdy yet professional looking. Voice and data with UVerse ATT works as advertised with no degradation of service. Highly recommend.

Works Great
Needed this 25ft internet cable so I could relocate my wifi router and elevate it on a tall shelf. A quick speed test shows it carries data just as fast as the orginal ATT cable the router came with. Nice, thick round cable vs the flat "phone wire" that uses RJ11 connections to fit correctly. Great value.

It works just like expected!
Not much can be said about this RJ11 cable. I rearranged some furniture in my office and was going to need a longer cable to reach my VDSL modem. I bought the best-rated, shielded cable Amazon had in the length that I needed and it met my expectations. It seems high-quality; it's about as thick as a standard ethernet cable and the connectors are nice. It's a little stiff when unrolling it and it wants to keep it's coiled shape, but a little massaging and some cable ties solved the problem. I never had problems with my connection before and I haven't had a problem since, either. I'm sure the shielded cable is added security against poor signal or crosstalk, especially at longer distances. If I had to buy another one I certainly would. Zero complaints, works exactly as I expected it to.

Good cable
I was provided a short patch cable by my ISP. They told me that I could order a longer one from them if I need it. Well turns out I already had the longest one they sold. I was concerned that if I went to a longer cable my connectivity would degrade, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my average speeds were indeed slightly higher than with the original cable. The connectors on this cable a rock solid. I wish more cables used a higher quality connector like this one. My only knock is the insulating jacket and overall cable thickness is a bit rigid but I will take the performance over the appearance any day.

Great quality cable!
I recently had an AT&T tech come to my home to check out my DSL line, and one of the things he noticed was that I had a very basic, small gauge phone cable running from the box outside our home to the modem/router inside. He suggested replacing the cable with a better shielded, heavier gauge cable for a slight performance increase in our DSL speeds. This cable from Cables To Go was just what I needed, perfect length and all. The cable is indeed very thick and well shielded, and the end connectors are very high quality. Seeing as my wife has a tech job and works from home on the computer all day, and my son loves watching Netflix, we need to squeeze all the bandwidth we can out of our current high speed DSL! So far, I have noticed a slight increase in DSL speeds since installing this cable. I would definitely recommend this cable to anyone looking to upgrade from their flimsy, run-of-the-mill phone cable.

Works as it should
I bought this cable to replace an AT&T data cord that my cat destroyed. Unbelievably, AT&T does not have these data cords any more since they have moved on to other technology, even though they have not bothered to update customers' connections. I searched every big-box store they referred me to, with no luck, not even the large old-school electronics store in our town. NO ONE had these cables. I am immensely grateful to have found this one; it works exactly as it should. My only unhappiness is that I had to pay for it (AT&T should have provided it to me) but of course that is no fault of the vendor's.So, if you are looking for a cable to connect your AT&T DSL or Uverse (NOT via ethernet), this is the cable for you. After making my connections, I wrapped the cord, still coiled, in a dish towel and duct-taped it. Kitty will not get this one. Big props to Amazon for delivering it a day early!
