As power cable is thin and it takes 20A fuse, can I supply power supply from cigarette lighter socket instead of direct battery connection?

Your cigarette lighter socket may only have the capacity to handle 5A 0r 10A. Putting a 20A load will work temporarily and blow the fuse. The better solution is tap into a fuse from the fuse box. Use a tester to find a fuse 30A or higher that only has power when the ignition is on.

Are those small wires enough for the power? They seem very small.

I bought one for my son and one for my daughter. Son - used an amp kit power wire from Wal Mart. Daughter - used the included wire. Included wire works fine, no performance difference.

If i connect directly to the speaker wire instead of using the rca jacks, would the sub still push the same amount of bass as it would with the rca’s?

The sub will push more power and have more control through the stereo without frying the amp or blowing the sub if you use the rca's. Hope this helped

what frequency settiing gives you the most bass?

That would depend on the vehicle you are using and what type of base you desire for your system. If you are looking for a hard punch type of base, you frequency should be higher. If you are looking for the deep rolling base, then go with a lower frequency.
