Why did my hand lotion I ordered with new packaging not match my hand wash bottle, you shipped old look

I think this is a question for the seller, not another buyer. And what are you talking about anyway? Hand lotion or hand wash?

What's the difference between the verbena hand lotion and the verbena body lotion?

Bandotion seems a bit richer, thicker. I love it

what are the ingredients of the verveine hand lotion

How would you describe the verbena scent?

Sorry. I did not buy the Verbena scent. I bought the Lavender which I absolutely love. My only criticism of L'Occitane is that the pump does not go deep enough so I end up removing the pump and thumping the bottom to get what I need, a la a ketchup bottle.
