Seems to be a good quality. It is difficult to rate these kind of products as the effects are subtle. In this case, I am able to say that the effects are visible. any benefits have been observed.

The capsules are just standard size, so doesn't feel like you a swallowing a horse pill. They are very easy to take, as long as you have plenty of water (I found them getting stuck every now and again when I only had a small glass of water). I've been taking them for about 2 weeks now/ Not sure if I have seen any of the benefits, but I was told that my bad cholesterol was to high by the Doctor. So I am hoping by the time I have a review it has come down. They are quite pricey too. I have never taken Niacin before, so wasn't sure how much they should be.

The thing is I work mainly in the computer and I dont exercised that much and my stamina is quite low because of this and the level of energy was quite reduced. I would like to share my experience about this niacin vitamin B3 which I'm taking daily as it is recommended (1 pill per day). After maybe or three days I started to feel a bit more energized and I had the better focus but I know that the effects of these vitamins will be felt after some time but just to give you an example I don't feel so sleepy as I was before and I reduced the amount of coffee significantly and even though I have the same workflow it is definitely because of this B3. The pills are easy to swallow, they are tasteless and also the pack these come in can be sealed properly in order to keep them fresh. I'm happy with how I feel after taking these.

There's a lot of new supplements out there, and more coming every day. It's important not to forget the ones that work well, this is definitely in that class. This one is definitely recommended.

Vitamin B3 has so many uses. Do some research and see if any if any apply to you. I have found it has helped me in the past and this product continues to help. This product is quite strong, it works and I feel better by taking it. I can happily recommend this product as it works very well.

Will start by saying its essential for me I get a non-flush B3 when I'm taking it - if I don't then its pretty hideous as I really feel the effects of the flush and its very unpleasant. This is genuine non flush with all the same benefits of niacin/B3 which help[s for a lot of hings but really helps my skin stay under control during times when I'm more prone to break outs. Good price for the amount and have completed the course with no issues so will ow get again and fully recommend.
