Practical and healthy
These are pretty tasty. My friends, all drink some type of hydration supplement for their water and I have not liked a single one of them. I also have celiac disease so I have to be very conscious with the ingredients. These are non-GMO and gluten-free. I pour mine into a standard 20 ounce water bottle mix it up and I don’t mind the taste. It seems to be doing the job, but I’m actually ordering my second box.

Stay Hydrated
Purchased for an upcoming trip. It has positive ingredients where many brands had too much salt or fake sugar, too much sugar, and other ingredients that I didn’t want. It’s not the best taste, but I’d rather not have so much sugar, etc…

Good Results, Bad Taste
I drank this one morning because I was feeling dehydrated. The taste is not good, at least not in 20 oz water. Tastes like watered down juice. But I did finish it and it made me feel hydrated and more energetic.

Just as sweet as all the others.
All the other ones Ive tried are too sweet. When I saw this had only 7 grams of sugar I ordered it. When I tasted it, I found it was juat as sweet as all the others. In checking rhe label more closely, I saw that it also has stevia. Why does everything have to be so sweet?! Too sweet for me. My bad. Ill keep it and dilute it.
