Old, like used

At first I hated this watch. It came with the band detached and I struggled for 15 minutes trying to attach the band. Pulled out my magnifier and realized the band was a few mm too wide. Got out a razor blade and shaved a bit off - went on easy then. So I try to pair it with a Blu phone I have and it would not pair. Tried everything. So before returning it I tried my Pixel and it paired perfectly. I actually prefer the screen over my $400 smartwatch. It is bigger and easier to read and navigate. The touch screen is a tad less sensitive than my other but it works fine. Frankly - the accuracy of all the health functions matches my more expensive watch! You can read the results on watch or in app. I found the sleep tracking MORE accurate than my $400 watch. Go figure. So if you can put up with a few downsides this watch is absurdly inexpensive for what it does. And it looks good too. So in spite of my difficulties I still give it 5 stars.

I opted to pair this with my Google Pixel as my apple phone already had a watch, that drives me nuts because it can't make it through the day on a single charge. This one lasts all say and has nice features. It's look is very similar to apple styling. Functions are alright so far, does all I really need it to for a great price. Maybe perfect for a teen or anyone on a budget wanting the features of a smart watch. Edited to add: The more we use this, the more we actually like it. Particularly for fitness tracking and the like. The display is bright and easy to use and the controls intuitive (on the watch itself). We rarely use the app - just the features on the watch itself. At the current price point of $20 this is a feature-packed steal!

love it ,its so easy to use and set up can not fault it

The watch came packed pretty good but when I tuned it on the screen was all scrambled and no amount of trying to reset the watch would fix it. This should have been checked prior to shipping. I would stay away from the BENIO brand of smart watches. Everything looks nice but if it doesn't work then it is only a piece of garbage. There are much better watches out there. Update (13OCT2024): I was contacted by the company and was given a replacement for the broken watch. I was very surprised and glad to see that a company actually stands behind their product and honors their warranty by replacing the broken product free of charge. Now that I have a working product I was needing to charge the device. The charger that it comes with with a magnetic charger like most smart watches now a days but this one is extra long and won't work with other watches which is weird. I do like that the one they replaced the broken one with is a round faced watch and not the Sponge Bob watch (square) from before. I will update more on functionality once I have used this for a while.

I think this watch is a very good option for people who want a cheaper watch that works and does what it is supposed to. It feels light and comfortable to wear. It tracks your sleep, steps and can check your heart rate. I love the option of putting a photo of your choice as the screen saver!
