Good quality pot
I have been using it for almost a year now and it is as good as it was. Would suggest you to buy their pot stand as well, because it gives a good support to the bottom of the pot and won’t lead to breakage.

If they can solve this one problem, it's good
The water doesn't drain completely. The tap is at a height. So there will be always a bit of balance water in it, which u cant empty completely without flipping the container. This is risky as it can easily break if slipped, also difficult. I know it's difficult to place the tap very low as it would make it difficult to make a water seal. But a better solution may be to design the inside bottom at the height of tap but still maintaining the exterior aesthetics same. Because the container looks good presently. It's shape shouldn't be changed. Only thing u should do is, if you flip to see the bottom from outside, it should look like a depth provided. . The purpose should to make sure that the lowest level of water to be at the level of tap. And it should be done without adding weight at bottom . 2. A O ring shaped white rubber grip at bottom can prevent slipping of the container

Worked good for few months.
Initially was very happy with the look and quality. It cooled very well for 6 months. Now, it stopped cooling. For this durability it is overly priced. We have to spend like 4300/- rs every year just for a pot.

Is it worth the price?
The pot was in a safe space and wasn't moved in a long time. It suddenly started leaking all the water. At first I thought it was the tap but then on futher inspection a huge crack on the side of the pot was revealed. Unfortunately the pot is out of return date and now I have lost about 2k for a earther pot that doesn't seem to be worth it. PS: we have another earther pot at home that was purchased locally at a fraction of the cost I paid for the one mentioned in the comment above and it is still going strong even after 10 years.

Metal taste
I taste and smell metal in the water.. anyone have same? Water shouldn’t have taste or smell. But the product is well made.. I’ll return it. And try another one.

Fresh cool water year round.
The water is perfect and eco friendly. Before use, it has to completely emerged in water for 24hrs & washed. Then the outside of the dispenser has to be wiped down to remove all the impurities being pulled from the water about once a week or as needed. What is left is clean tasting water. It does need to be be slightly raised as it gives gives the appearance of leaking, its not broken. This is a natural occurrence of the clay. I prefer a trivet with room for a coaster underneath that allows the water to be captured evaporate. It’s very low maintenance but so worth it. We keep it by our parents bedside for water in the middle of the night. Much safer than having my elderly parents go to the kitchen in the dark with their walker and risk a fall.

Excellent product, and a wonderful Addition to Our Health Routine
The Jug and water dispenser (and the free clay cup) were carefully packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The instructions were followed (soaked overnight in clean water, and then wiped inside out with a sponge - no detergent - before being dried and set up). The water dispenser sits on the supplied stand, and I’ve used a clay plant plate to catch the excess water, as it does sweat (enough to half-fill the plate). The water is nice and cool in both the jug and dispenser, and I only use distilled water (made in a 6 Litre Make-Water-Pure distiller, but any of the highly rated Amazon distillers will do a good job). I also use a Himalayan Salt mix: stir well, allow excess unmixed salt to settle at the bottom of a glass, or strain, and use 2 tablespoons of the salted water per 4.4L/1 gallon to add vital sodium to the distilled water, but do look this up for your own knowledge. It does have an initial smell when it arrives, but a lot of it goes after soaking and wiping, and the rest after a short period of time. We use it for the coffee machine, kettle, and cooking, and there is no more timescale build-up, even after a couple of months of use. I can only imagine what it has done for our health.
