Tight fit Helps when we drive a long distance

I love that it is wider than my other belt but not too wide ! Thus is my gonto belt for comfort. My other is narrow and more targeted for flare ups, this one is wider and great for daily wear to prevent flare ups. I have serious sacraliliitis flare ups if I have to do much walking or being on my feet alot. These belts are a miracle invention!

I typically wear size M knit pants, but thought I better get a very large support as these things tend not to be very accurate in sizing. Well, even thought I ordered a super large size it still was too small! Isn't anything made in sizes that translate to American sizes?
