it depends on your nebulizer machine if it's a small nebulizer it will last up to an hour or more again depends on the speed of the nebuliser machine

No! You don’t want to be inhaling oil. You get oil in your lungs and you’ll never get it out.

How does this differ from injectable sterile, sodium chloride 0.9% saline solution?

This works for me, I have never had injectable. I’m only on stage 3 COPD hope this helps you Noel
