I use Benefiber or its Costco equivalent everyday. These single servings are great for a trip instead of the large container. I just take one to breakfast with me every day.

I like this product it’s tasteless and maybe helps a little, but I haven’t noticed any real difference after using it every day in the morning with water for a week. Doesn’t have a smell and is clear and tasteless with water. Easy to digest. I like how they are to go sizes which makes it more convenient.

It has absolutely no taste and no smell. Once it dissolves in the liquid, which is very quickly there is absolutely no texture to it at all. It does not impact the taste or smell or texture of whatever liquid it’s added to. I can certainly tell a difference with my digestive system when I don’t add it to my water every morning, so it works well.
