I used this wire to hang this privacy fence. I did need wire cutters. I don't think scissors would have worked. It twisted nicely and stayed put. I thought I was gonna need most of the 3 rolls but didn't even use a half of roll of wire. This wire is on the thicker end of this kind of wire. I like the fact it was a dark green to blend in.
